DELIVERY INFO

UK 2nd class delivery is free of charge.

UK 1st class and special delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and start from 95p for 1st class and £6.45 for next day special delivery.

Europe & International delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and start from as little as £2.45 for Europe and £3.30 for international.

DISPATCH TIMES 

Handmade jewellery is made to order and will usually be dispatched in 1-2 working days if in stock. You will receive an email with an estimated dispatch date on ordering. 

Custom designs and commissions are usually dispatched in 14-21 working days as long as there is no delay in agreeing designs with you and depending on the amount of work involved in the making process. If you have a specific date / event in mind please contact me to check I am available to help and not already booked up with commissions.

URGENT ORDERS!!!

Should you require item/s in a hurry, please contact me BEFORE placing your order and I will do my best to help. I will respond to urgent order messages the same day usually within an hour or two. 

DELIVERY TIMES

These are determined by Royal Mail and are usually very accurate unless there are adverse weather conditions. Please order well in advance if you need your jewellery for a specific date. The Royal Mail website says: 

UK 2nd class deliver within 3 working days 

UK 1st class deliver next working day

UK Next day special delivery is guaranteed to deliver the next working day

Europe 3-5 working days

International 5-7 working days

RETURNS

Items that are not personalised or custom orders can be returned to us within 7 WORKING days for a full refund, excluding postage costs as long as they have not been worn or damaged. Items must be returned in original packaging and where the item is not faulty, should also be in a re-saleable condition. In any instance all intended returns must be reported to me in writing (i.e: by email) within 48 hours of receipt of your order. 

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations I do not normally accept returns on our personalised and/or bespoke handmade commission items. However, should your item be faulty I will replace it for you.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

You will receive an email from me on the day of dispatch to confirm your item/s have been posted however, once your order is dispatched, delivery time scales are managed by the Royal Mail and if your order does not arrive when expected please allow a day or two for any delays in transit and you may find your item/s will be with you. A calling card may not always be left with attempted delivery when you are not home, please may I ask that prior to contacting us that you would be so kind to check with your local post depot to see if your parcel is waiting there for you. Please also check if your parcel has been left with a neighbour, if after checking these your order has not been located please contact me and I will conduct an investigation and where applicable send replacements.
