Product colour discrepancies & portrayal
Every effort is made to portray items accurately on this website and I do check how my photos look on the screen. However you need to remember that gemstones and pearls are natural materials and all vary slightly in shape, size, and colour and also computer screen colour settings can vary and affect the way colour and textures appear on the viewing monitor. I make all my jewellery by hand which also means that some of the silver or gold work pieces may sometimes turn out slightly different too - but when buying handmade jewellery that is usually what you are looking for anyway.
Production / jewellery manufacturing timing
Jewellery is made to order and will take a short amount of time to produce. Once your order is received it will be processed within 1-2 business days - it is usually within the same working day though. I will respond to your payment with a confirmation email and advice on a dispatch date. I pride myself on tight quality control to ensure consistent good quality jewellery made with good quality materials.
Delivery
Here at Natasha Fraser Handcrafted Jewellery I strive to provide a high quality, affordable , and reliable service and therefore offer recorded first class postage starting at £1.70.
Using the recorded service means that all orders have to be signed for and adds a little more peace of mind that it will arrive safely. Should you wish to receive your order more urgently or securely please email me (natashalfraser@yahoo.co.uk) prior to placement of your order and we can organise a next day special delivery. All efforts are made to ensure the goods are packaged securely and arrive with you in the best possible condition.
International orders are dealt with on an individual basis. Please either:
- Email prior to placing your order and I can offer you international rates for airmail, and signed for airmail; or
- Place your order online and I will advise you of any extra postage you may need to pay.
Pricing / paying for your order
All prices are in British pounds. Natasha Fraser Handcrafted Jewellery does not use or store credit card information - all orders are paid for using PayPal which is a safe and secure on-line payment system. Alternatively UK residents can pay via personal cheque if the order is made via email or phone. In this case please make your order provide the item number, name and quantity desired. I will then reply by email to confirm your order and total including postage. Cheques are made payable to "Natasha Fraser". When writing your cheque please provide your full name and delivery address on the back. Once your cheque has cleared, I will notify you when your items have been dispatched.
Sizing
Necklaces and bracelets are automatically made to standard sizes below but please feel free to ask for different lengths - all pieces can easily be personalised for you.
- Bracelets - come in a standard 190mm.
- Necklaces - mostly come in a standard 18".
Returns / Exchange Policy for on-line shopping
The satisfaction of my customers is of great importance to me. The craftsmanship of my jewellery is of high quality. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the jewellery you have received please contact me immediately. For standard jewellery items I will gladly arrange a replacement or refund excluding delivery costs if the items are returned unused within seven days. For personalised jewellery items you may be able to return all or some of the jewellery - it depends on how personalised it is. Please contact us if this is the case so we can expect your parcel and process your return smoothly. As I offer a custom design service we do not offer refunds/returns for change of mind.
Privacy Policy
I value your privacy! When you become a customer you are asked for your information to provide a personalised shopping experience. When you join the mailing list I use your details to deliver new upcoming product details and promotions to you. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at anytime by sending an email to (natashalfraser@yahoo.co.uk) with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject heading and all your details will be deleted from my list. I will not disclose your personal details to third parties. You may update your information at any time by contacting me.
