How do you confirm what we have ordered?
Once we receive your order and payment through Paypal, we will forward a receipt of payment which clearly outlines your order request. Should you find any discrepancy we ask you to contact us immediately prior to production of your order. If we have any problems interpreting your order, we will contact you prior to the manufacture of your jewellery to confirm your design requests.
I made a mistake whilst placing my order. Can I revise or cancel my order?
Once your payment has been processed we cannot guarantee cancellation of your order; however if you contact us immediately we may be able to alter / cancel the order if we have not yet started production. As noted above, we will send you a receipt of payment that will confirm your design request. We ask that you check your order details, carefully before you commit to confirming your order in the shopping cart. If you know you have made an error please contact us immediately at natashalfraser@yahoo.co.uk so we can modify your order details immediately. If you do not do this immediately we can not guarantee a revision of your order.
Can I place my order via phone OR email?
Yes you can. If you find the online ordering system daunting, please contact via email OR phone. You can then pay via personal cheque or we can send you a personalised money request through PayPal.
What is your Returns/Refund Policy?

What are your shipping options & charges?

Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes of course you can. To do this you can add another address in the Paypal checkout screen or alternatively email us and let us know.
What if my order is lost in transit?
All parcels are sent via recorded post so they can be traced this guarantees that your order will not go missing. It will be delivered to your delivery address only and has to be signed for. All efforts will be made to ensure that parcels are packaged securely and arrive to you in the best possible condition.
How do I contact Natasha Fraser?
We guarantee to respond to email sent to natashalfraser@yahoo.co.uk within 24 hours except when closed for holidays. Alternatively, we can be contacted on 07739 091 921 between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday.
